Terms of Service
Last updated July 12, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using ReSolv, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What ReSolv Is
ReSolv helps you organize documents, track deadlines, and generate letters related to appealing a health insurance claim denial. ReSolv is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the service should be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, patient advocate, or medical professional.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be the person whose claim is being appealed, or have authorization to act on that person's behalf.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant ReSolv a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you — generating letters, tracking deadlines, and organizing your case.
5. No Guaranteed Outcome
ReSolv helps you prepare and organize an appeal. We do not guarantee that any appeal will succeed, that any deadline calculation is error-free for your specific plan, or that any generated letter is complete or legally sufficient. Always confirm deadlines and requirements directly with your insurer or plan documents.
6. Termination
You may stop using ReSolv and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
