1. What We Collect

To provide the service, ReSolv collects: your name and email address (via Google sign-in), the claim, denial, and appeal information you enter, and the documents you upload — denial letters, explanations of benefits, medical records, and similar materials tied to your case.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information to run your account, track deadlines, generate appeal letters, and show you the status of your case. We don't use your documents or claim details for advertising, and we don't sell your data.

3. Sensitive Information

The documents you upload may contain health information. We treat this data as sensitive: it's encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to what the service needs to function, and it is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Who We Share With

We share data with the infrastructure providers that host and process it on our behalf (for example, our database and authentication provider), under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not share your case data with insurers, employers, or other third parties unless you direct us to (for example, when you choose to send a generated letter).

5. Your Choices

You can access, update, or delete your account and uploaded documents at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your case data from our active systems, subject to any copies retained briefly in backups.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
